I forgot to get on the scale this morning. I had to be up at 4am to go with DH to Redlands. He had a 1/2 marathon this morning. I managed to post photos over on the VSG forum. When I weighed Saturday morning, I was holding steady at 144. Hopefully I will be able to get the last 4 pounds off as I increase my training for my first 1/2 marathon in June followed by my ice skating competition in July.
Okay, I weighed this morning (I have a doctor appt today and want to check his scale against mine) and weighed 141 which is a lb up from last week.
I HONESTLY believe I am not eating enough now...I did a quick check on one of my food apps and before I took the DS math into account, I was less than 1400 calories. And only 100 were carbs. I do NOT count net carbs, I count all of them so I try to stay about 75 to 125 per day, so 100 is in that limit. My fat was in range as I am not constipated or runny. It's the amount of protein that I need to up...AND I FEEL like I eat all the time. I'm noshing almost every 2 hours...But I still can't seem to manage much at one time.
So I got some cans of tuna...and will be making the cats crazy here. Also adding more yogurt to my day.
Part of my issue is still jaw related...some things just don't feel good to eat. Nuts are no longer an option for me as they still hurt some to eat.
It's odd to be gaining weight cause you don't eat enough.
