I am so sorry that you are having such a difficult time. Gall bladder problems can be so painful. I hope you are to get the problem taken care of soon. Hugs.

Maybe between the pain, stress and low calories, your body is refusing to let anything go at this time.

I'm sorry you are in pain. Just keep hydrated right now and don't worry about the food...you will get back to it.

It's been a couple of months that I've been here but I'm not exactly being strict so shouldn't complain. Having said that I wasn't that strict when I was losing.
