Looks good Gina.  Don't you usually have an afternoon snack also?  Are you down to 2 protein drinks a day or is that just today?

Hmm...lunch and dinner kind of ran together. Tuna takes a long time to eat even with all the mayo I put on it. I had 3 protein coffees this morning and then a JayRobb bar. Back in my rut tomorrow.  :)

LOL-I know how that goes.  I missed lunch yesterday.

I haven't tried tuna in a long time.  I never think about that but I really like it.  Usually if I boil my eggs, that is as far as I get because I love egg salad.

Good evening,

Not seeing the green pastures here in dry Denver. I"ll miss the Northeast in a few months.

B: Tea, Protein bar
L: Turkey and cheese roll ups
D: Chicken cutlets, broccoli and cheese
S: 2 protein shakes, 2 fudge pops (nsa), 2 tea

Looks good Lauren.

The Turkey Taco Salad was pretty good.  I found a quick easy recipe for the taco seasoning and usually have all those spices in my cabinet.
