Just got home from work. Time to start being visible and accountable again.
0600 protein coffee
0930 1 hard boiled egg and 2 slices bacon
1200 decaf with some cream and stevia
1330 cheeseburger with lettuce tomato and onion, no bun
1630 cheesestick
1730 small handful of raw almonds
1800 tuna salad
Liquids 48oz so far
vites done except for bedtime iron
Welcome back!! We missed you. I had to start weighing and measuring about a month ago and entering it on MyFitnessPal since I started on the increase and wanted to stop it before it got too much.
Your menu looks good. Do you do any protein drinks other than the Protein Coffee in the morning? I still do 3-4 a day, it really helps me with snacking in the afternoon.
Atleast the weather is getting better so we can all get back outside again.

Thanks Linda, I usually have a premiere shake, but forgot to pack one today to bring to work. I might have one before going to bed today. Its amazing how my apetite diminishes when I am not eating the carbs.
Cant wait for the weather to improve, cloudy and cold here still, but atleast no rain today.

I was in SC all weekend and it is much greener there than here and I swear today was greener than yesterday was. I was at the horse show as scorer again, high stress, lots of junk food. Back to the rut tonight and tomorrow.

I know you are glad to be home and back on schedule. They had candy, cake and other things at the training I went to. I had too much Tuesday, but really did pretty good Wednesday. Eating out just gets to me, I don't know if it is the sodium or what. Of course this week I had lots of seafood and some of it was fried so I knew I was going to pay.
Like you I'm back to my plan(rut) today.
