The Success Habits of Weight Loss Surgery Patients
I think I did before I decided to get the Duodenal Switch. I read several books but they were all RNY focused. I picked up some tips but ended up getting more info from the DS board and my surgeon's dietitian at the time. Keep reading though, good tips are worth it.

Thanks Gina,
When I moved to Denver from Philadelphia, I came with only the clothes on my back. Left all my books with Goodwill. Wanted to find something that focuses on the maintenance phase as well as the exciting stuff.
RNY 8/27/09 SW: 250 LW: 170 CW: 175 On the right path again!!!
35 pounds of regain!!! 30 lost!!! Just a little more to go.
Ah, I see. When I was researching I also signed up for a WLS newsletter, Barbara - something. I'll post it when I get back to my desk top. She covers RNY maintenance very well, I think. Of course, all of you RNY lightweights could write your own. You guys are awesome!. : )

I did! My bariatric center actually gave it to us at the class where we were allowed to move on to purees...a week post op. Already read it. Very informative, a lot of individual success stories and I think that the book is very accurate as far as the principles we need to follow in order to be successful. I would definitely recommend it.
