What is this "protein coffee" everyone keeps referencing?

If you like coffee, you use a flavor of protein powder and mix with water or milk or non milk beverage of choice and mix it until you get a thick liquid (slurry is the term I like to use) then slowly add hot coffee or cold if you prefer a cold coffee and mix.
Not a big breakfast person, so I always start off with some cinnamon swirl about time protein powder with some lactose free milk, then slowly add hot coffee, if I do it too fast, the protein curdles.
You can even do hot chocolate this way too. We all have our own favorites.
