Hi everyone!  Thought I'd get this started.  I hope Roz is having a fantastic time in Disney.

B - coffee

S - protein coffee

S - another protein coffee

L - GNC protein pudding (left my REAL lunch on the kitchen table - ugh!)

S - 100 calorie bag of popcorn

D - A few bonless  grilled Glory Wings and 3 pieces of shrimp with Glory Sauce (that's a special sauce by a restaurant here).

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

Disney!  I bet she'll need a holiday to recover from her holiday.  At least she'll be getting her miles today.

I've been known to leave my breakfast at home and happened to have lunch with me the couple of times it happened so I had lunch for breakfast (chicken for brekky IIRC).

I always tweak a recipe to help with the stats.  I used chicken thighs because they are not so dry, Carbquik instead of the Ritz Crackers and I used the Greek Yogurt Cream Cheese.  I do not add the Spaghetti sauce and it is still moist enough for me. 

They taste really good.  they are a little trouble to make, but I made about 10 thighs and will probably freeze some for later.  Some days I can eat a whole one and some days I can only eat 1/2.

miles 2.5 miles with Buddy Love today. Its like 65 degrees here by Lake Erie, just beautiful!
