Emotional/stress binge eating, old habits

I've been away for aawhile, it's calving season. I have been struggling and back into bad habits as well. I am only 8 months post op.  I need to de carb also . I think I will try the protein drinks for breakfast nd lunch, string cheese for snacks inbetween and a light solid  supper. And I will be back on the boards reading , I think that helped me too. So Wednesday - Friday. See if it gets the carbs out. I don't want to be 186-189 again. Plus I just gave away all my big clothes , so I cannot grow!
