Menus and Miles for Roz - Wedneday, April 10th

Roz must be busy - so I'll start this.

First thing I see when I walk into the break room today was BAGELS - yes, Panera bagels - every other Wednesday.  No - my willpower did NOT win... so...

B - a wheat bagel with chives cream cheese and coffee

L - because of the bagel I'm munching on my carrots instead of eating the lunch I brought

S - I think I'll have a protein hot chocolate

S - A starbucks skinny carmel macchiato (maybe cold) is on my plan

D - steak and green beans and a beer.  Not a lot of any of it.

Oh dear, well it's good to see that folk at goal are human - I hope the bagel doesn't cause you to suffer as I know I'd get gas :-(

Thanks Jody!  I had billing this morning and we kept having computer problems. 

Upset stomach today so eating saltines and pretzels.

Good morning,

Had pizza last night. Managed not to spend too many calories, but did go way above my goal. I have two small pieces left at 240 calories a piece. Considering having one for lunch. Just not sure it'll satisfy me to have one little piece. I guess we'll see.

Mmmmm...bagels w cream cheese. I'd crack under the pressure too.

B: Tea, protein bar

L: Slice of pizza or turkey and cheese roll ups

D: Out to dinner with my sister, not sure yet

S: 2 nsa fudge pops, tea, protein shake

I could never eat another bagel and be perfectly happy.  thank goodness there are some things I don't care about.

Drove Halley this morning and went around the farm with the backpack sprayer killing weeds.  Even with only 2 gal of water/chemicals in it, it is still a pretty good workout.  Muscle pump this evening.
