Well it's going to hurt my weight loss and it may give me diarrhea. It only tends to hit me in the middle of the night - I've never had an accident (I wake very easily and the bathroom is close), but it's likely to disrupt my sleep a little - we'll see, it's a YMMV for me, as some days I'll get away with stuff when other days I won't.
Excessive amounts of fat can have a similar effect - as a DSer you really have to go some to have excessive amounts of fat, but I did discover my upper limit (I also found my lower one, when I got lax about consuming enough fat and ended up constipated while on hol - I couldn't find any heavy cream in Egypt). It's a fairly wide window so is easily manageable unless you just forget to use any common sense!!

Last night I made DH try on his shorts and shirts from last summer. Boy is he hard on his clothes!!
I'm not going to buy many groceries this week. I'm going to try and live out of the freezer and cupboards this week. All of the food is free on the cruise and I'm Praying I can keep myself under control!!

I need to buy some snack size. I bought the bigger bags by mistake and it amazes me how I can eat the whole bag without a problem. It says there is 16 cups of popcorn in the bags I bought. 16 cups!!!! How can I possibly be able to get 16 cups down so quickly??? You would think popcorn would stick on the way down.
