I have been having this wonderful salad most every day for lunch at least the last week.  Some days I even have another for dinner!  YUMMY

romaine lettuce

motz cheese

bacon bits (real)

ham

dried cherries

apple pieces (small)

Kraft light raspberry vinaigrette dressing

Sorry about the double spacing-I dont know how to fix it.

It sounds good.  The girls at work eat salads every day and they use Kens Fat free Rasberry Pecan dressing.

I love salads.  This kind of sounds like the Chicken apple pecan salad from Wendy's except with ham.

Does it keep you full for very long?  Sometimes I get hungry faster if I eat a salad for lunch.

If you hold down the Shift key when you hit the enter key it will stop the double spacing - it is a pain I know!!

Yea salad can be a little lite, it hold me 2-3 hrs then I have an afternoon snack or shake.  Sometimes I also add almonds.

I'll see if I can remember the shift key next time I post
yea it worked :)

We often have a salad after my gym nights.  It is the easiest thing to do quick.  I use a variety of stuff, avocados, tomotoes, chicken, cheese, whatever I have.  I do better with them for supper instead of lunch for some reason.  Maybe because I have a shake before bed??
