Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!

Snack:       Popcorn (98% fat free)

Calories 1172     Protein 130g     Net Carbs 76g      Fat 35g   Sugar 21g

I guess the banana has to go tomorrow.

I hope it went better for you than you expected Linda!!

DH wanted a Chef Boyardee hamburger pizza for dinner so I decided to make myself one using the Carbquick.  It was pretty good.  Normally I don't eat any sauce on my pizza but I added a little because I wasn't sure about the taste but the next time I'm going to add a little more sauce because it was a little dry.

I've got to figure out how to get my carbs down without cutting out my popcorn.  Popcorn is about the only thing I have found that keeps my bowels moving without making me feel bloated.

I finally got around to updating my menu from yesterday - I blew it last night.

The meeting was ok we didn't even have enough board members show up to vote on anything.

I have never tried to make pizza from the carbquik.

I love popcorn, but I only have it on Sunday's now.  That is my free day that I don't log  my food.

Just got home from my clinic in the very cold rain.  It was a great clinic, just packing up and getting home in the rain wasn't fun.  I think being in the cold made me really hungry so I have been ahead on protein drinks. 

regular coffee w/ protein 33g
buckwheat pancakes  6g
pizza chips 22g
hot chocolate protein 24g
lemon tea protein 13g
cheese 11g
chicken, tiny potato, roasted brussel sprouts 29g
protein shake  33g

totals

calories 1324
carbs net 74
protein 170

Totals calories are probably low due to olive oil on the brussel sprouts, etc .

I love you all for posting your menus...since I discovered the lightweights forum I have lost 12lbs in 3 weeks ...And Roz I love the Matrix Mint Cookie...it tastes like melted chocolate chip ice cream...you can't even tell it's a protein shake. The cookies n cream one is good too!
