Menues and Miles Wed. April 3rd
DS is showing up know....thank you! Do you post your menus on a site that calculates your calories, protein, carbs, net carbs, fats, etc. I know that if I have to face those totals it helps me make better choices.
The Protein powder that I use during the afternoon and evenings don't have any carbs and I always mix it in water because I don't want the extra carbs from milk. I rarely eat Protein bars because their isn't enough protein in them to even live up to their name but more importantly they also give me the urge to eat more carbs.
