Magic.  Well, that is about as much as I understand.  You stand barefooted on a thing that looks like a scale and hold 2 sensors in your hands.  It sends some kind of plus though you that measures resistance and different substances, fa****er, muscle, have different ways they send the information back.  My gym is associated with a hospital and it came from there.  They will be bringing it over quarterly so we can see what our progress is.

Thanks for explaining how they do that.  It sounds like a Sonigram.  That makes total sense to me now.

Measuring it regularly is a great idea.  I'll have to look into that.
