Hi Roz,
I have been using MyFitnessPal. It is so easy to put recipes in it for calculating the nutritional numbers.
I made some Carbquik Cinnamon Rolls last night and got 20 small ones out of this batch. I got up this morning and had 4 left... I ate one last night and DH ate all the rest of them. Usually he doesn't bother anything I make with Carbquik.

That's funny about your DH...lol. Did you laugh or did you get upset with him? I don't own a rolling pin so I haven't attempted them yet. I'm going to try the biscuits again tonight. I called our local kitchen store and they have the muffing top and the whoopie pan so I;m going to stop after work.
I might try the myfitnesspal. I used fitday before and I didn't want to switch because of my list of favorite foods but since my eating is entirely different now it would be easier to switch because it's like I'm starting out new.

I laughed because he is always complaining about my funny cooking now and how he won't eat any of it!! I love them, but I like to make simple things and they take a little more time.
Hope your carbquik cheddar biscuits turned out good.
I only use Myfitnesspal because my sister is using it and wanted me to try it. I had the little hand held thing I used before, but this is on my iphone also so it is always convenient.
We had the boys last night so I didn't get time to make them but I did go buy a pan, biscuit cutter, and rolling pin. I looked at the fitnesspal yesterday and I didn't get time to enter anything. I'm going to look at it during my lunch today.

Hi Roz, I'm back!! I'm peeling from my hol and it was snowing a little yesterday (in April!?). It seems a little better today and the longer evenings are nice. My protein's lowish but I wasn't that hungry today.

We leave on our cruise next Friday come back Thursday and then leave for Disney the next Thursday for a cheer competition and a few days at the park. DD and her boys are staying another week at Disney because she has 2 more teams who won paid bids for the next weekends competition but I can't stay any longer.
