It's time to post your favorite protein concoctions. : D
Protein Coffee:
Brew a pot of your favorite coffee. Mine is chocolate raspberry. Yum!
In 20 oz blender bottle with wire ball, add 2 - 3 oz of cream or 1/2 & 1/2, 2 - 3 oz of cold water, a dash of cinnamon, a packet of Truvia and a scoop of Syntrax Nectar vanilla protein powder. Cover and shake about 5 seconds to blend. Pour the protein slurry into a huge mug or live dangerously and keep it in the blender bottle. Add 9 - 10 oz of hot coffee on top of the slurry and stir, or tip the blender bottle a couple of times to mix. Enjoy!

i make my protein decaf a little different. I brew my 5c coffee maker with decaf. Then mix with a spoon 1.5scoops of protein powder into about 3/4 c warm water. These days it is usually Syntrax Matrix Vanilla, chocolate or mint cookie. then I use that as creamer for my 5c of coffee.
During the day I love either lemon tea protein or caribean cooler protein, both Nectars, with a tube of crystal light in a very large blender bottle with lots of water and ice. I usually use 1/2 scoop because my protein numbers are always over 150 and that is plenty of flavor for me
at night, I have a shake. chocolate or mint cookie, sometimes with SF syrups added. 8oz of fluid, 1.5scoops of protein, 9 ice cubes in the personal sized blender. Yummmm
protein hot chocolate I make like I make coffee. I heat 1 cup of almond milk, unsweetened and 1c of water in the microwave. I mix 1 scoop of protein and 1 25cal hot chocolate powder in about 1/2c of water and add it to the heated mix.

I do protein coffee in the morning and then have two Lemon Tea Protein drinks during the day. My favorite right now is my protein hot chocolate at night.
I heat 1 cup of Hood Calorie Count down milk, 1/2 cup of water in the microwave until really hot. In another cup I put 1/2 cup of Hood Calorie Count down milk and mix in one packet of Diet Swiss Miss Hot chocolate mix and 1/2 scoop of Syntrax Nectar Chocolate Truffle Protein(if I need more calories I will use 1 scoop). Mix this together until the hot chocolate and Protein are no longer lumpy, pour into the hot milk/water and mix good. YUM!!
