Menus and Miles Easter Sunday March 31st
It's probably pretty close. veggies don't have many and the bite of potato won't be horrible either. All the rest is pretty much straight protein. You did good.

Japan on work? My son-in-law was born in Japan when his dad was in the service. Boy it was a pain to get his birth certificate.
The poster above you uses 50gr of protein at a time. I was wondering if her body would absorb that much at a time but I see that you had 60g for breakfast.
Sounds Good Gina!

It's fine if you're spreading the protein out over a couple of hours.
Son#1 and DIL have gone over for 2 weeks vacation. They left the dog with us and the grandbabies with DIL's mom and grandmom. o_0

It was a great day too! I actually ate pretty good. I love ham so that helps and since I still dump and never know when it's going to happen I am really careful with desserts when I'm away from home.
It doesn't sound like you too bad.
