Have fun with the egg hunt!  I'm sure the kids will have fun rain or shine.

Yesterday was my family's Easter.  Today I'm just hanging out at the house - I need to get this place cleaned.  It is raining here too, wi**** was nice like yesterday - I'd go out and clean my gutters and start some spring lawn cleanup.

I really don't know what my menu will be, but the scale has been up most of the week and I need to get back to basics.  I'll come back and fill it out later.

B - coffee

L - maybe leftover ham

They did the egg hunt in the rain and it didn't seem to bother them at all.  The adults thought were struggling to keep their cameras dry. It was a fun day!!

I haven't made any pizza chips for awhile.  I wish I had some left over ham to put on them.

Awesome totals!

You might want to ask Gina (Major Mom) if you body absorbs that much protein at a time.  I would hate to see you wasting it.  With the RNY I was told no more than 35 grams at a time.

Sounds Good!

This is what Gina responded below when I wrote to her about the amount of Protein you are using at a time.

It's fine if you're spreading the protein out over a couple of hours.

Thanks for checking on this for me.  I did find the same info on Vitalady site, where it said we are wasting our money to double scoop protein when we can only absorb 30 gms at a time.  I was told by other vets that it depends on the person and how much they absorb.

I can do a whole shake in 1 hour, so I will have to rethink this double scooping idea.

Thanks again for taking the time to comment.  I appreciate any info I get.
