Thanks Price! I was super busy today shopping for grandkids baskets, Great Nieces 1st birthday, and then had 4 DGkids this evening so their parents could shop. I started M&M but got distracted and didn't send it.
I had a carby day.

I also ate the chicken skin off of one Popeye's fried chicken thigh. Some things I just don't post here because while I know they are ok for a DSr, aren't ok for RNY and VSGs. Is that wrong? I don't want to mess anyone up. You know?

no, I think that is fine. Like I think your calorie numbers may scare some folks but those of us who have been around know it is from the fat that is required for ya'll. There are certainly times I don't post celery and stuff like that because it isn't worth the time. I was just surprised at no greek yogurt with blueberries, etc that I usually see in your meals.

Yesterday (Saturday) was my family's Easter... While I usually don't give myself allowance to eat because of it, I did have stuff I normally don't.
B - coffee
S - Cheez Its (and I typically don't like them, but was hungry) Pre-dinner snack
S - 1 small piece of Molasses cake (see?)
D1 (at 2pm) - ham, mashed potatoes (my mother makes the BEST!), green beans, a few glazed carrots, stuffing,
Dessert: Yes, I ate dessert - 1 small slice of cheesecake with NSA cherries. Normally I allow myself 1-2 bites - I ate the whole piece...
D2 (at 9pm-ugh) - 2 pieces of leftover quesadilla

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
