Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!

It's great to be back!!   It looks like I have a lot of LW posts to catch up on!!!!  My scales stayed steady while I was away so that made my awesome weekend complete.  I mustn't walk/exercise  enough because there was 2 days that my legs ached terribly when I went to bed but it could have been the jumping up and down when our teams performed.  We had to stay an extra day because of the ice storm that the Columbus, OH news kept predicting.  If it happened we slept through it, had breakfast  and then had a nice ride home until we got to PA where the snow was bad a times.

It sounds like we are going to have a warmer Easter Weekend which makes us really happy.  I was afraid since it's in March this year it would be a crappy day.

It looks like you are still going low carb.  Is there a difference on the scales?

Still bouncing around 124.  I'm not sure what it will take to get below that.

You probably have some muscle built up taking care of your horses and all of that exercising.

Did you cook the chicken leg?  I saw a recipe for Baked Lemon Chicken that I am thinking about trying this weekend.  I've been using MyFitnessPal to track my food and I love the recipe part of it.  So easy to add new recipes and it calculates all the nutritional information for you.

3 of our teams won a total of over 43,000.00 to attend 2 competitions in May and then those same  teams each won $500.00 each which will be put into a scholarship fund for our graduating Seniors.  Last night I had to change Jennifer and Houston's  airfare so she can stay an extra week because the 2nd competition is the next weekend.

I'm going to try and find time to make the Carbquick buns or rolls tonight if the boys aren't all riled up when I get home.  What kind of milk do you use?

Protein carrot cake and icing?  You need to start a recipe post (or send me samples....LOL)!!!!!!!

I bought a roasted chicken from the deli at our local groceries for dinner last night and I brought in the left overs.

How many calories, carbs, fats does your site say you use in a day.  I know I was way over this weekend in the carb department but the walking must have made up for it.

Menu sounds yummy!

I had no idea they won money- Wow that is great.

I had to make some more of the buns tonight.  I need to make some of the cinnamon rolls.  I like them a lot better than the Protein Carrot Cupcakes w/ the protein cream cheese icing.

I use the Hood Calorie Count Down low carb milk.  It has a lot less carbs and lower calories - 70 for a cup.

I am trying to stay under 1200 calories and anywhere below 40 net carbs.  I am trying to come back and post my nutritional info at the end of the day when I finish posting.  I'm sure walking helped alot!!

When are you going on your trip?  I get to go to a meeting in Savannah April 8th - the 11th.  I am looking forward to it.  I love Savannah.

Have you tried the new Atkins Peanut Butter cups?  They aren't as good as a Reese's one but they are pretty good.  I'm going to make baskets either tonight or tomorrow evening and I'm dreading it.

I ate meat/cheese rollups all weekend.  Enjoy the taco salad...YUM!

Good menu!
