Menus and Miles - Tuesday for Roz

Roz is really busy at work after taking some time off so I'll start the Menus and Miles today.

What is your plan for the day today???

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  1/4 cup spaghetti squash, 1/4 cup pasta sauce, 2 meatballs
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  Protein Carrot Cupcake w/ Protein Cream Cheese Icing - they are ok.
D:  Beef Hot Dog, BBQ Pulled Pork - DH just had to go out and eat tonight.
S:  Protein Hot Chocolate

Calories:  1188, Carbs 49(43 Net), Fat 44, 143 Protein, 39 Sugars,

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  110 ozs
Miles:  None

Hi Linda,

Trying something different tonight, turkey and cheese roll ups are getting tired.

B: Protein shake, tea

L: Turkey and cheese roll ups and an apple

D: Bertolli dinner split with my guy

S: Protein shake, fudge pop (no sugar added), tea

Calories: 1160, carbs: 96, protein: 101

Protein number looks really good Lauren.  What type of protein do you like?  I like the Syntrax Nectars.  I use the Lemon Tea, Cappuccino and the Chocolate Truffle.

I don't think I've tried the Bertolli dinners since my surgery.  Does this one have the pasta or rice in it?

Hi Linda,

For protein I like using Pure Protein. I like the Frosty Chocolate and can get it at Target.

The Bertolli for tonight comes with pasta. I avoid rice, it just doesn't set well in my belly.

I've been in meetings all day and haven't even thought about supper but here is what I have eaten so far.

fish filet, ww toast, mayo 24g
hot chocolate protein 25g

steak, asperagus, 1/4 potato 32g

net carbs 65
protein 176

Great job on those carbs Gina-WOW!!!

Are you getting fresh blueberries now?  Ours have not started blooming yet.  I'm looking forward to them this year and hope we have a good year.
