I used 4 ozs of 1/3 less fat cream cheese and regular parmesan cheese(in a bag not a can). I left out the garlic powder and the onion powder on the last batch I made.
It says it makes 6 servings, but I made 9 out of this recipe so the stats for mine were less. I used the muffin top pan or whoopie pan which ever you have. They are thin, but very filling to me.
It is better to keep them in the refrigerator or freeze them. I just put them in a zip lock bag and toss them in the refrigerator. This batch has lasted a week and a half so far.
those certainly look easy enough. Now I just need carbquick and a muffin top pan.
