Miles and Menus for Roz, Monday March 25
I guess Roz is trying to catch up on all the work she missed with the Cheer team. We miss you Roz, come back home to your LWs
It is cold and windy here but looks very pretty with the sun out and snow blowing around. I hate it. I have balanced 4 bank accounts and am ready to go crazy. Oh well, I will go to muscle pump soon and work off some steam.

sorry you are going through that.
Your eating rut is even deeper than mine but at least you don't have to add stuff up each day. LOL

Definitely in a rut. It should break soon. I find something I like and exhaust it, lol.
I'm finding that to jump start my weight like I hoped to with the protein rich menu, is not as low calorie as I'd like. The high protein way is definitely helping me restrict calories since I can't indulge on carbs. But I'd like to get down even further on calories. I am on a few medications that make it difficult for me to lose. Just trying to figure it all out.

Here is the link to the Protein Carrot Cupcakes w/ protein frosting - I divided it all in half, only used 3 scoops of nectar vanilla bean protein and made 22 smaller cupcakes out of it so the stats would be better for me.

those look good. I just can't get into baking. I also keep forgeting to order carbquick when I am ordering stuff. I did find almond flour and a bunch of others at the healthfood store. The carbquick cheddar roll sounds the very best. yum

Her recipe actually has Carbquik or Atkins baking mix. I just always have Carbquik and use it.
I use the carbquik cheddar roll almost everyday. I stopped putting the onion powder in it so it could be used for other things like a biscuit. You could put lite butter and sugar free jelly on it for breakfast if you eat breakfast.
I hope they taste ok, haven't tried them yet!!
do you make a bunch of the rolls or make them one at a time? Can you post the recipe again? I would love some kind of low carb bread occasionally. Maybe enough to actually make something.
