Tracked and logged my food all week long.  Really makes you think about something before you put it in your mouth, except yesterday at the baby shower!

Sounds like it...and while carbs can be a major issue...not enough fluid is worse...make sure you get back in the saddle!

I've decided I like how I look in the mirror now that things have redistributed. So I don't really want to go lower. Well I want to be under 125 so I can SAY I'm under 125. LOL But I don't want my skin any looser. When I can strength train again, everything is going to shrink so I'm not sure what I'll do because I want the muscles. We'll see.

There is just something about being "smaller than" that seems to be at the back of our mind in all this.

I actually prefer how I look now versus my foray into the 120's  (okay, except for my stomach and it was has always been an issue even at my absolute lowest point last spring. But my face doesn't look quite so bad.Yes, I can no longer fit in some of my 4's...the ones made of just denim but can fit in my 2's and 4's if they are of stretchy denim.

I'm still waiting for the redistribution. :)

I'm back in my 2s. And after trying on athletic clothes all night, now I want to firm everything up again. I guess I'm never going to be done. Every time I think I've figured it out.... Haha.
