I saw 119 for a day but then came back up to 120 or so. Not complaining though. Maintaining the loss from that week of business travel when I starved. Hanging low carb, babeeees!

I tracked all week and stayed around 1200 cal , and under 50 carbs but the scale bounced 123-126.  At least it was back to 124 this morning.

Last week: 110.5 lbs.

this week: 110.2 lbs.

going down by ounces, which is okay.  All week, I was about 110.5 to 110.7, so today is a drop. It may go back up tomorrow, but it is slow going at this point. I am exercising about 5 hours per week, tracking my food, but I am not super low carbing. My carbs average 65-100/day, protein at least 100, but it is usually higher. My eating is pretty clean right now.  In January , I was 112-114, so slow and steady is working. Even if the scale isn't moving, some times clothes fit better.
