Roz is still gone at her cheer competition so we are all wishing the teams good luck and a safe trip.  The school gym that I belong to has a cheer team and they practice while we are doing Zumba.  I can't believe the tricks they do and don't get hurt.  Youth is a wonderful thing.

so the morning was rainy and cold but it has cleared up and I got a drive in with Halley.

OK, I'm posting early as I may not get to do this later.  My protein's a little low, so it may go up if I eat more or worst case I'm at 122 which is OK for the weekend for me IMO.  I'm off to enjoy a week of cooked breakfasts and eating out and lots of vitamin D in sunny Egypt.  I've packed nuts and pork rinds in an attempt to keep the carb monster at bay.  All my vites are packed and I'm nearly good to go!! :-D

B 2 eggs w LOTS of grated cheese 25
S PB cookie 10
S Fromage frais 12
L Red Thai chicken curry (no rice) 25
S Creamcheese pancakes 15

cheese straws are so good but so high in carbs and fat I imagine.  Oh well, we all make mistakes and I hope it didn't make you sick. I have such a hard time staying away from those type things if I ever let the first one near my mouth.

It was the calories that bothered me since I'm trying to stay below 1200 a day.  The ones I found in My Fitness Pal for what I ate had 209 calories(which is almost a meal for me),  8 carbs, 13 fat, 7 protein.

Now I have to decide if I want to have my protein hot chocolate tonight or not.

Linda
