Menus and Miles Thursday March 21st
Obscenely late getup this morning. I won't even admit to it. I redeemed myself though by getting in the car immediately and going to Target to food shop. Not sure what it's like in the Pittsburgh area, but our Targets have full groceries including deli, butcher, and baker. I love it.
My menu has been kind of boring, but it's working for me.
B: none
L: Turkey and cheese roll ups, apple
D: Chicken breast and broccoli with cheese
S: 4 Protein shakes, no sugar added fudge pop (one pop is half a serving)
Carbs: 58 WOO HOO!!!, Protein: 145 WOO HOO!!! Calories: 1210 eh?
RNY 8/27/09 SW: 250 LW: 170 CW: 175 On the right path again!!!
35 pounds of regain!!! 30 lost!!! Just a little more to go.
Ours have a few groceries but no deli or bakery. I don't go there often.
I Love boring! The less I have to think about the food the better.
I bought some meat/cheese so I can make some roll ups on our trip when the others stop for fast food.
Awesome totals!
