Reached my GOAL weight today!
Roz, Normal BMI range for me is 18.4 - 24.9 (I'd have to weigh 98 lbs. to be at the bottom range 18.4)
Today my BMI is 22.7
The only reason I really don't want to lose anymore weight is because my face, legs and butt can't afford anymore weight loss.
My plan is to just keep doing what I'm doing and if weight comes off I'm okay but I'm really satisfied with where I am.
What do you think? I do value your opinion and experience.

GOAL Weight 120 met 18 months post op
I was in a normal BMI and stopped before my body was ready to because I felt I was getting to thin (106). I really regret it. Bounce back is crappy!! Once you start absorbing it starts coming back even though you are still eating the same things. I also regret not losing 4 more pounds so I could hit the 100 pound mark....I'm sooooo jealous of those gold apples....LOL.
If you don't change anything your body might decide this is a perfect weight for you. I didn't give my body a chance to decide. I increased my calories (through protein) and it stayed off for awhile but then as soon as the honeymoon phase was over it started creeping up. Now I hold steady at 117-119 which is still under my personal goal of 125.
