Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!

I know..I know....I'm just finding time to post M&M!  I answered a few posts earlier and I should have posted this first because then I got busy.

It's the first day of spring....the sun is shining bright but it is really cold.  I guess our average is 51 degrees but it's only in the 30's today.

Whoa - new protein record today!!  I was good with the carbs but then it'd be if I weren't with that protein total!! ;-)

Warming up here in Denver. Hoping for high 60s of 70s later this week.

L&D: Turkey and cheese roll ups

Calories:1220, Carbs: 67, Protein: 137

Really starting to get my carbs down

L:  2 Meatballs w/ Marinara Sauce
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  2 carbquik Cinnamon Rolls
D:  Carbquik Roll w/ 3 ounces of Lemon Garlic Pork Tenderloin, lite mayo & mustard
S:  Hot Chocolate Protein Drink 

Calorie: 1084, Fat 47, Carbs 31(net), Protein 137, Sugar 26 

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  120 ozs
Miles:  DH and I walked 2.3 miles

They look the same to me Roz.

I hope you like it.  You have to get used to the after taste.  I can't even tell it now, but in the beginning it was pretty strong.
