Been away for a while...
I haven't been around much lately. Just trying to keep up with the curve balls that life has thrown me. I am almost 7 months out and 80-some pounds down. Sometimes it seems like the weight is coming off soooo slowly, but I'm still at it. I have not been 100% perfect with taking vitamins every day and eating perfectly...I'm probably around 88% or so...I'm working on these two areas very closely...and will start to track everything in myfitnesspal again.
On a good note. I am still working out 5-6 days per week. I am able to run 3 miles without stopping and have started running outdoors. Over the spring/summer, I will run a few 5K's I'm sure. Obviously losing the rest of this weight (~30 lbs), will help me to achieve my running goals, because surely I can run faster when not carrying so much weight. I trust that I will get there, but I need to get a little more stricter with myself in order to achieve my goals. I am happy to report that I am wearing a size 10 comfortably :)
Just wanted to say hello and give a brief update. I will start to post here more because my work schedule no longer permits me to attend the monthly support groups at the weight loss center.
I hope everyone is doing well today :)
Sounds like your doing great but busy! I'm glad you dropped in to say hi. : )
