I crave pizza sometimes too but only the crust.....LOL.  Good job throwing out the food you weren't enjoying.  I think one of the hardest things I've had to deal with is learning that wasting food that I can't eat or not enjoying. 

I think Grocery shopping used to be a lot more fun! 

Good Job checking out the menu!  Half the battle is being prepared!

Hi Roz, Good for you on Arby's!!!

Today I'm feeling down about not having a job. Makes me eat unhealthily. But I will say constantly focusing on my protein helps me stick to it, and keep my mind focused on something.

B: Two Sweet Freedom ice cream bars (don't know what I was thinking

L&D: Turkey and cheese roll ups (cold cuts I got are delicious)

S: 2-3 protein Shakes, 3 coffees

I had my WLS after I lost my job and there were days that were overwhelming sad and I couldn't have comfort food.  Reading LW posts really kept me motivated during that time.

It doesn't look like you did too much damage.

Arby's is one of the fast food places you can get a sandwich without the bread.  Yeah, I know.  But I have done it with their Ruben.  They just put all the stuff, meat, cheese, kraut, in a bowl and it is pretty good.

I don't go to Arbys often because most of their sandwiches are pretty big and I think it's kind of expensive for the little bit I eat.  Putting it in a bowl would be a great idea.  I've never asked for it without the bread and then I have to rip it apart and it makes a mess.
