WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!
I forgot to pack my lunch today... so I had to run to the store. I feel like I accomplished something though...I drove right past Arby's drive through.

I'm not a great meatloaf eater - I may have pancakes instead IDK. We bought it on offer and I stuck it in the freezer when it turned out I didn't really like the first one - I'm just very fussy! ;-)

Linda
That's great Linda! I know how much willpower that takes! Most of the girls that I work with are watching their weight so I don't have that temptation every day.
Sounds Good!

I thought I was making a good choice by getting the fish (minus the bun) at McDonalds but I just read on line that the fish is the worst thing on the menu...it's fried....what was I thinking????
Sounds good Price!

I love fish and admit I sometimes go to Long John Silver and just get a fish fillet. Yes, it's fried and battered but I don't do it often and I can eat it while driving which I can't do with Wendy's chili, LOL. Today's was just microwaved. I like fish enough I don't have to do anything special to it.

Hi Roz. Good for you on driving by Arby's! I had a pizza craving so I caved in last night. Ate 2 pieces and WOW - the scale was up 1.5 lbs and I know it was from the sodium. I got up twice last night drinking water.
B - coffee w/creamer
L - started off eating leftover quesadilla and spinach pie, but realized I really didn't like the spinach pie and there was virtually NO cheese in the quesadilla and I was eating all mindless carbs. So I threw it away. Then I got out my leftover scrambled eggs.
S - Oh - went grocery shopping hungry last night - UGH. Bought the thin triscuits and the light Pringles. I had a serving of the pringles and probably 2 servings of the triscuits. I had been doing SO good with no snacking *sigh*...
D - going out wiht a girlfriend I did look at the menu and it looks like they have some awesome baked chicken entrees.
Vits: yes
WAter: doing ok
