The one thing I missed about not going to the comp. in Atlanta was see all of the petunias everywhere.  Hope your DD starts feeling better soon.  What would our kids do without us????

I ordered my carbquick today from netrition.com  Will I be able to make ginger cookies with it?  I've been so hungry for them.  Where did you say you get your recipes from?  I'd really like the recipe for the Cinnamon Rolls and the Cheese biscuits you make.

Sounds Good!

Roz, here is the recipe for the Buns that I make.  I use a muffin top pan and make 9 instead of 6 like the original recipe calls for.  I left the Onion powder out of mine below so I could use it as a roll or a biscuit if I wanted to.  Hope this works, I copied it from my recipes on My Fitness Pal.

My response to Huneypie below has the info on the Cinnamon Rolls.  Let me know if you don't see it and I'll get it to you.

A young girl was killed yesterday by my house when she hit the slush and ran into a truck.  So Sad....her life was just beginning. I worry about my DD's until I know for sure they are home at night.

A pound is awesome!   I'm sure mine are going to be going up soon.  Not from eating but from the heat and my ankles swelling.  I thought for sure when I lost this weight they would quick swelling.  I ran about 2 pounds heavier all last summer.

That carb total looks like one of your old menus!!!

No snow here yet, but we may get some (I'm hoping that's more in Scotland than down south).  I had a heavily frozen windshield this morning nevertheless.  I'm definitely looking forward to going to sunny Egypt next week.

I think you had asked where I get the Carbquik from and I forgot to answer you.  I order mine from Amazon.com.  If you can't order from them, I bet you could just google it and find somewhere you can order it from.  There are lots of recipes out there for it.  It has a lot less net carbs, but does have an aftertaste that you have to get used to.  I love it because I like to eat bread and it really fills me up.
