I read over yesterday's responses but I didn't have time to respond to them but you are not the only one who had an off carb day (except Gina...awesome!).
There was a Coach's room at the competition yesterday and I had a bite of a brownie and 1/2 a cookie, 6 fries and 1 piece of crispy chicken tender. I think back to what I would have ate before WLS.....probably (and maybe more...it was free) 2 whole brownies, maybe 4 or 5 cookies, a whole order of fries and chicken tenders.
It's back to routine today with no regrets!!!!!

Yes it's funny what we consider 'bad' now. If I'm being 'bad' I'll have a bite of cake - previously it would've been a couple of slices!! I've been hungry today, but I really kept to protein. I'm scared to think how big I'd be if I didn't have the malabsorption helping.
No Irish here I'm afraid, but I did visit Ireland for a long weekend a few years back.

My "bad" didn't even effect the scale as far as going up but with all of the walking I did the scale probably would have gone down if I hadn't have had those bites.

Scot-Irish supposedly but I don't pay much attention to all that. I will find something green to wear to Zumba this afternoon. I've had a busy day. I sprayed the paddock to kill the buttercups in Halley's paddock, sprayed the fencelines, mowed the yard (really? it is much too early but I had these big clumps of tall grass). Zumba soon then will drive Halley this afternoon. It is 70 and beautiful.

70...WOW that would be great! Do you use a great big tractor or a lawn mower? I used to be able to drive DH's lawn mower but I'm just too weak now and without the extra weight I get stuck sometimes.

I was thinking I didn't have anything green and my favorite sweater DH got me for Christmas is green so that made me smile.
The younger Coaches at the competition wore green pants, socks, shirts etc. I thought they looked a little crazy but then I noticed on FB they weren't the only ones. I think dressing up for the big day was just another excuse to go out and celebrate to them. Boy, I'm sounding old....LOL.
10 and 3....I eat/drink about every few hours.

Haven't been out to enjoy the sunshine today yet. Trip to Target planned to pick up a few food items. The Targets in Denver have a deli section. I get their Archer Farms turkey breast. It's the best I've had.
