Top of the mornin' to ya (or afternoon as it is now for me). No green here - I think we go less mad for festive days here in England than you do in the US (Halloween, etc is a more tame affair here).
Last week 146
This week 146.75
Up .75lb.
I'm kind of OK with where I am - I'm not prepared to ultra low carb and I'm quite enjoying the DS life.
Lowish BMI? See Lightweights Board! Lightweight Creed For more on DS see www.DSfacts.com

Haha - I knew it was St Patricks day but didn't even think about wearing green....
Last week: 135
This week: 133.5
I'm happy with that - my goal was to stay the same during my recovery, and if I lose - it's just a bonus! I am trying to be careful too.
It seems when I come to MI I can lose... it's when I'm in VA I don't. I think it's because I eat out so much in VA. Here it's all cooking. I'll be getting a new place in June in VA where I'll have a kitchen, so hopefully I can get back into the groove of cooking there too.

Doing great, Jody and I hope your foot is healing nicely??!
I hear you on eating out versus cooking it yourself...so much easier to control what goes in what we make ourselves.

Good afternoon Liz,
Didn't post last week, this week 191.5 which I love. Continuing to lose, just the way I like it!!!
No green for me,despite the fact that I'm 75% Irish. For many years I played snare drum in an Irish bagpipe band. I've had a lifetime of green and St.Patty's Day.
RNY 8/27/09 SW: 250 LW: 170 CW: 175 On the right path again!!!
35 pounds of regain!!! 30 lost!!! Just a little more to go.
Lauren, you are doing good.
I can understand the "aversion" to wearing green/St. Patty's Day...can get old really quick.
This is the only day I "claim" Irish as my heritage is Scottish and English primarily.

UUGGG, Linda, I am sorry you are up. You know what to do to make it better tho. And that is all we are promised...a helping hand to make this work.

I think my bad choices are catching up with me now.
I logged into MyFitnessPal and entered my food for today so I will see where I am at the end of the day and see what I need to be tweaking. Evidently just mentally doing this is not working for me right now. I didn't come this far and to not get this back under control.
Thanks for helping me stay accountable!!
