Hi everyone! I am thrilled...I finally hit onederland! I feel like I don't lose very fast, but I consistently am losing something, so I'm happy with that.
Breakfast: Syntrax Chocolate Truffle Shake 32g
Lunch: 1 oz deli turkey with string cheese 11 g
Afternoon Snack: 1 large steamed shrimp with several steamed greenbeans This is from the Chinese restaurant near us. They make the steamed shrimp and green beans special order 4g
Dinner: Shrimp and green beans with turkey bacon crumbles 11g
Snack: string cheese or greek yogurt, not sure which :)

B - biscuits and gravy (home made) (this was at about 10am)
S - starbucks tall skinny carmel macchiato
L - about 12 small shrimp ****tail with sauce (this was after 3pm and 1/2 ham sandwich on wheat
S - one of those leftover biscuits. I'm going to have to throw them away - it was mindless eating.
D - shouldn't be anything since it's almost 5 and I just ate the biscuit...

I ordered some of the carbquick that Linda uses for her biscuits and I'm wondering if I will be able to handle just having 1. I have to freeze my flourless PB cookies as soon as they cool.
I never ate shrimp before WLS and now I love it grilled!

Hope the teams did good today Roz. It is 7:15 and I just need to go on to bed. I've done good all day today on my eating and I really need to have a successful day today and stay out of junk tonight. All it takes is 1 or 2 bad days and I am hooked on the carbs again and getting off of them is soooo hard...
