Good Morning. I want to weigh in today
...I don't know if I can wait until tomorrow. I will have more available to eat today and I want to tell you guys what I saw this morning... Argh...I can't hold it in much longer. Y'all, wake up!!!
Three weeks of monitoring carbs, keeping them low and having a few low food days is finally paying off some. It's not a huge loss but better than I've seen in years. It must take a lot longer when you're further out to jump start your WL.
Don't let your bounce back or regain get away from you. This is hard!

i don't want to weigh today. I have been going up since Wed, even with staying on top of carbs, no candy, etc. Very frustrating. The only thing that has really changed is the time that I eat supper because of the change in time. Nothing to do but keep on keeping on but it is horrible when the scale is going up and you can't figure out why. I have eaten out and maybe the added sodium is getting to me but this is crazy.

Plastics the last week of September, new desk job mid November, 18 days of travel in December with indiscreet eating. Up seven pounds from early fall when I was hiking 30+ miles a week.
I started primal eating on 1/1 when I stepped on the plane to come home. I love it and dropped 5 of the 7 pounds. I know the later two will come off. I'm still in my WW range, still tracking food daily on Myfitnesspal and getting in a minimum of 3-4 miles walking daily.
This maintenance at three years out is a delicate balance but I'm so much better off with no grains or flour with only a square of dark chocolate daily to take care of sugar cravings. I feel vibrant and healthy and look great for being 62.
We can do this gang! Miss you all. This new job has cut into my social time! xox
