couch to 5k
I am stoked, I made it through week 1 without incident. I am kicking butt. I didn't need extra time walking or to walk early. I found some sites on google that have podcasts for the couch to 5k and that helps like you can't even imagine. I hope week 2's pod cast is just as good. I am going to miss week ones music lol.
