Good Morning. Let's get packing
Funny thing is, your clothes take up less space but you end up packing all kinds of extra non-clothes things! All-in-all it was a good trip. I was able to keep to my low carb plan and the kid I was traveling with isn't one to want to go out and gorge himself on food and booze after work. I don't think he was feeling well, so he didn't push for big restaurants or carby Italian meals.
I had a great time with the military here in WV. They are doing wonderful things for the folks here to help offer some alternative employment on State and Federally reimbursed projects. The officers and staff were very nice and supportive of us, and they let me tell my old war stories. lol
We'll be on the road all day. I hope everyone has a fantastic Friday.

You should be coming home to a good weekend. Yeah, protein takes up a goodly amount of room if you are taking it for a while. Glad it was a good trip.
Looking forward to a weekend at home and the weather being nice. busy but home feels good.
