Yep, you will be fine. Start the process of changing your attitude about "success, failure, bad, good" etc. this isn't a diet that we do and can fail at. We are on a journey and during the process there will be ups and downs, good and not so good. But we are in this forever. So if you trip, get up and get back on the trail. Yes, learn from the lesson but we have spent years being angry at ourselves and it didn't work. If it would, we wouldn't have needed surgery. so it is time to come up with a new way of thinking and living our food / exercise life.

Sometimes I get frustrated that I've fallen so far in the last 3.5 years. But, then I forgive myself in that moment and recognize that feeling guilt over that is a waste of time and detrimental to my health.
I will power forward.
