Hello Light Weight Friends.

I am on Day 5 of my De Carbing mission.  So far it hasnt been a bad thing...I have been doing anything and everything to tame this monster!!  I have been cleaning all the closets in my house.  Anything I can do to fight off the head hunger.  I am determinded to do this!!   I have even gone back to reading and doing word search puzzles just to keep busy and turn off those crazy cravings...I gotta say it hasnt been too bad!!!  I find that a hot drink really helps calm those hunger messages from my brain...not to mention the hot liquids tend to fill me up too!!  Since my "Honeymoon" phase has definately passed, and bounce back weight is a worry, I decided to go back to basics with the protein first attitude...Getting my protein, fluids and vites is my main concern!!  I am happy to say it has been working...so we needed to take a leap of faith and trust in our Tool...the back to basics approach does work!!

Enjoy the rest of your week Everyone!!!

good for you.  angry

It's a daily issue of making the right choices.  It certainly helps to not have stuff around in the first place but if you have a family, sometimes that isn't an option.

I like the idea that will power is a muscle that gets stronger with use.

Sounds like you're doing great.  For me it seems that carb monster is right around the corner, just waiting for me to slip up so it can jump in and take over.  Once I wean off, I'm pretty good for a while.  I figure it will always be a struggle.
