3 months today, thank you
Today, I am 3 months post-op. I just wanted to drop a thank you note for all of you who have been such an encouragement to me. I really believe that reading and posting do help push through when you have tough days. This group is amazing and I want you to know I appreciate you all.

Hey Linda! Congrats on your weight loss! You are such an inspiration to me because our stats are nearly identical, my HW is 232, CW pre surgery is 218, not sure where I will be after 2 week pre op diet yet, but hoping to be right around 208 or below getting on the operating table. Do you track make on MyFitnessPal? If so would you mind if I add you as a friend? I'd love to check out your Food and exercise diaries. Congrats again!
