40 Carbs doesn't always me high carbs. It depends on what kind of carbs they are and the precentage of the day they are worth. I try to stay at 25%.

I've been hungry for Subway. I was thinking about having it for dinner. I can only eat 1/2 of a 6" at a time so it will be tomorrows lunch if we have them. They aren't DH's favorite food.

busy here then off to work at the political headquarters for a couple of hours. It's cold and rainy here, I hope it doesn't hold the vote down. Sure will keep me from playing with the ponies.
