I am away from home again this weekend. DH & I attended a party with other OH members in Anaheim which is about 2 hours from home. We stayed at a hotel because we knew it would be to late to drive home after the party. So, my weigh in this week was yesterday. Have a great week everyone.

Staying steady. Steady is good. It's nice not to be afraid of the scale or putting clothes on that I haven't worn for a while to find them too tight. I guess if I keep doing what I have been doing for the last year or so I can look forward to the same.

Probably not.
I don't really care. I'm still super-skinny and I think I will be working out again by years end if not sooner. It may not impact the number on the scale though. As long as I lose some fat and gain some muscle, I don't care what the scale says!

I'm happy to take the -.5. I now have a normal BMI and I'm oh so close to goal!
It's been a really stressful week at work trying to support the hospitals on the east coast. It also didn't help that everyone brought their leftover Halloween candy to work.
Thank God for microwaves at work! I'm living on scrambled eggs, ham and cheese on 1/2 of a wheat thin for my 2nd breakfast. Throw in some spinach and tuna for lunch and a yogurt before I get in the commute to go home. I'm kind of getting tired of the same thing every day but at least it's keeping me on track!
