Sunday Weigh In
Boo hoo!!! I've stalled, last week 157.5 same this week. First stall in 3.5 months so I guess that's not too bad.
It was bound to happen the moment my BMI was less than 25 (which I reached last week, hence 'I love my DS in my signature'). I hope this is just a glitch and to be honest losing 3.25lbs last week was very odd. Other than week one and last week I've always lost less than 2lbs (on average about a pound a week). I'm not too upset as I'm no longer overweight but this hopefully isn't my final destination by any means!! I don't feel like my diet changed much so I think it's just my body having a break.
I'm off to Egypt next week and I've packed my workout gear as DH said he wanted to workout whilst there - yay!!

I'm sorry you stalled...but it does happen. Remember a real stall is three weeks or longer...one week is just a break.
Have fun in Egypt.

Thanks, I'm feeling pretty positive at the mo so I can't complain. I'm still very happy with my surgery and the relatively easy recovery I've had.

I'm sorry you are stressed.
Yeah, Hurricane Sandy made a big mess...friend of mine is without power but other than that, they are fine. Her stepdaughter is right near her and has power so they are spending time there.

Liz, congratulations on your loss this week.
This is what happens to me when I totally lose control for a week. I ate out more than I normally do, ate all kinds of junk foods
did not do protein first. The only thing I probably did right last week was I did my protein shakes. No exercise.
126 last week
128 this morning
+2 pounds....
Today is a new day no junk so far, protein first.
Linda
You'll get back on track...just remember, protein first!
