Good Morning. Early to bed and early to rise, makes a "man" healthy, wealthy...

Benjamin Franklin did not have to deal with switching back and forth between daylight savings and not daylight savings....just saying.   Tonight is going to be a bear if I don't get some quality naps today. lol

Do you love anything about going back and forth between daylight savings time and not daylight savings time?

I like the falling back but NOT the springing forward...if we could just stay at one time ALL the time, we'd be fine, LOL.

While I technically understand why we do it...it gets confusing and confuses the body!

Good luck getting naps today.

In my Trekie brain I see a future where our clocks, tools, and machines will automatically shift a fee seconds with the seasons to keep us from having to shift an hour twice a year all at once. An easy transition that is seamless.

There really isn't any rational reason to do it. I was told it was for farmers, but the farmers hate it. Then we were told it saves energy but actually it wastes energy.

The fact that it wastes energy is good enough for me to stop doing it but apparently the powerful must be getting something out of it because instead of abandoning the idea like most countries have or are in the process of doing, we're extending it!

I heard it was so that kids wouldn't go to school in the dark...and that people would have more daylight at the end of their day after work in the summer.

Whatever reason, it's not logical and it really does not work. Just leave it the heck alone is the best way to handle it.

I love the fall and moving the clocks back.  I seem to get to bed earlier because it's cold out and I get up earlier because the sun is up.

I'd like it if it just would stay on daylight savings time ALL the time.  I find the hour difference is soon gobbled up by darkness within a few weeks anyway.

I slept well last night - I don't expect it to mess with my internal clock.

I hate daylight savings time and wish we would stop it.  The moving back is a plus as I always want more sleep and I hate getting up in the dark.  I have been struggling with insomnia lately so this additional change probably won't help. I agree with you about the naps but they just don't seem to happen.

I wish they would just put the clocks on one time and leave it. I usually work on Sunday mornings and I will tell you ever year it throws me for a  loop just that one hour, doesn't seem to matter which way its going either.
