What constitues a "Lightweight"?
Okay, by definition it's someone under a 40 BMI or has less than 100 lbs to lose. With that said, WE welcome everyone! We don't hold with "definitions", LOL...
Welcome to both of you!

RNY on 08/31/12
I am 5' 4" and was 237 at my highest (two times in my life) and therefore qualified for RNY along with having several co-morbidities. My BMI was 40.7 and I have about 100 to lose or even just 90 would do. I haven't focused on an exact weight yet. I coded into this website a general goal of 140.
