Tiramisu

I just made these (for the umpteenth time - they're addictive!!).  I'm really not much of a cook, but I like them so much I've finally just about mastered them.  The recipe's here http://www.ibreatheimhungry.com/2012/01/zero-net-carb-carame l-machiatto.html

Pancakes

My first attempt at the pancakes was awful but I so liked the thought of tiramisu it was worth another try and they were delish (if you read the links you'll the pancakes go in the tiramisu).

For Brits out there, these work out best if you make them the size of Scotch pancakes not crêpes (I may have to get a smaller frying pan for them to turn out prettier).

For those trying to keep it low fat I guess you could try low fat Greek yogurt instead of heavy cream and low fat cream cheese instead of regular.

Thank you. I bookmarked it. I love tiramisu and look forward to making it someday.
