WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!

Good Morning Lightweights!!   I'm not having my Sunday morning Oatmeal because I blew it last night with the Halloween candy!!!!  I think I had 5 mini bars.  I'm so glad I didn't buy it days ahead or I might have had to go out and buy more!  We have so much left over and now DH is eating candy for breakfast!  No candy next year!!! I think I will buy Wendy's Frostie Coupons.

I'm happy to see I'm not the only one that couldn't keep my hands out of the candy dish! :) but you did way better than I did. This year for the holidays , my rule is NO PIES! Lat year I ate a whole pecan pie myself in a day!😕

I can't touch oats - even pre-DS - I've not tried since, that'd be a really bad idea!!
