I have been having trouble sleeping lately.  I stopped using my Bi PAP machine a few weeks ago so a few days ago I decided to use it during a nap and see if I felt the difference.  Well I felt a difference, but nothing to do with my breathingindecisionMy headgear was soooo much to big when I went to fasten it.  I had to cinch all 4 straps in.  I lost weight in my HEAD.

That's awesome!

I've lost most of my weight and still have sleep apnea. Apparently I have central sleep apnea which isn't even weight related. Bummer! I hope you get to lose your BiPAP altogether! Good luck!
